Reserve now for a special dinner prepared by Peruvian Gourmet Chef, Luis Bartra at Food for Thought restaurant. Karina Serrano, owner of Food for Thought restaurant located in historic downtown New Milford, will host this special evening on Friday, November 15th, to introduce the community to the delectable delights of Chef Bartra’s unique Latin dishes.
There will be three seatings available for the Peruvian Cuisine on November 15th. You may reserve for 7:00 PM, 7:45 PM or 8:30 PM. Ms. Serrano, herself, is noted for wonderful desserts which will include the specialties Flan and Tiramisu.
During the day from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Ms. Serrano’s Food for Thought serves gourmet soup, sandwiches, wraps, salads and hot Latin lunch entrees. Ms. Serrano will also make breakfast for the early birds!
